We exchange, we don't refund
We do not offer returns or refunds. If a product has a manufacturing defect or error, we'll exchange it for you — see below for how.
At delivery
Inspect the item with our team before accepting it. If it doesn't match your order or has a defect, you can decline it at that moment and we'll arrange a replacement.
Custom sizes
Mirrors cut to a custom size can only be exchanged at the moment of delivery. Once accepted, custom sizes cannot be exchanged.
How to request an exchange
Contact us with your order code and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a pickup and send a replacement, at no extra cost if the fault is ours.
